If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product in for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must be in original, unworn and unaltered condition
Returned items must have no signs of wear or use
Retuned item must include original packaging (E.g. ring box)
Custom orders and special orders are final and non-returnable
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Provide us with the order number and items you wish to return as well as a reason for return
Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
Send all items back to us using the label provided
Additional Information:
Refund will typically be issued within 1 week of return receipt
Any item returned that show any signs of wear, alterations and is not in original condition will be denied and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
If item is returned without original packaging (E.g. ring box), buyer may be subject to a restocking fee

Receiving a Refund
A refund will be submitted in the method originally used for purchase for all items eligible for return. Recipients may elect to receive in-store credit instead of a cash reimbursement upon request. Gift recipients will receive a nonrefundable in-store credit in an amount equal to the cost of the item. Cash refunds are not available at any in-person locations. Please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be posted.
