Returning Your Purchase

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must be in original, unworn and unaltered condition
• Returned items must have no signs of wear or use
• Retuned item must include original packaging (E.g. ring box)
• Custom orders and special orders are final and non-returnable

2. Provide us with the order number and items you wish to return as well as a reason for return
3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
4. Send all items back to us using the label provided
   

• Refund will typically be issued within 1 week of return receipt
• Any item returned that show any signs of wear, alterations and is not in original condition will be denied and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• If item is returned without original packaging (E.g. ring box), buyer may be subject to a restocking fee

Receiving A Refund

A refund will be submitted in the method originally used for purchase for all items eligible for return. Recipients may elect to receive in-store credit instead of a cash reimbursement upon request. Gift recipients will receive a nonrefundable in-store credit in an amount equal to the cost of the item. Cash refunds are not available at any in-person locations. Please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be posted.
