I had my wedding ring custom made back in 1986. By 2011 most of the two black jade inlays had come out. I took it to a jewelry store (not Mark Allen) to have it repaired. They out-sourced it. It came back looking good, but within a year the inlays were practically all gone again. So when I was ready to have it repaired again (July, 2021), I went online to read reviews. Mark Allen Jewelers had a rating of 5 out of a possible 5 from 52 reviews, practically all of them glowing and saying how friendly, courteous, and helpful all of the staff are. So I decided to go with them. I am so glad I did! Mark himself helped me at both drop-off and pick-up. The reviews are correct! All the staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. And my repaired ring looks great! They did a fantastic job! When Mark called me to tell me that my ring was ready, he told me that it looks like new. When I arrived to pick it up, and I took a look at it, he was right - it looks like new! I am very happy with the quality of the workmanship. If you have a jewelry repair need, I highly recommend Mark Allen Jewelers.
